Bike/Station Issues

To submit a bike or station specific issue please click below. To submit a customer service issue fill-out the form on this page. We will promptly send one of our Field Technicians to check out and repair the issue if necessary. These issues include but are not limited to flat tires, brakes, broken docks, shattered screens, etc.
