At Austin BCycle we rely on our customers to help us identify issues in the field. We aim to provide our members with a fun user experience. By reporting any equipment issues you may have encountered, you help us make that pleasant experience possible!

Customer Service Issues

To submit a bike or station specific issue please click below. To submit a customer service issue fill-out the form on this page. We will promptly send one of our Field Technicians to check out and repair the issue if necessary. These issues include but are not limited to flat tires, brakes, broken docks, shattered screens, etc.
